How it Works

1) Placing Your Order
Proceed to the Services page and select your preferred resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile service package. After checking out, you will be redirected to the page where you will give instructions about your requested service. On instructions page upload:

  • A copy of your current resume to give us an idea of what you've been doing. If no resume exists, download and fill in our ONLINE FORM, and upload it after you have completed the checkout process.   • Job description for the position you wish to apply for. If the vacancy is advertised online, you may include a link to the advert inside the body of the instructions that you send to us.
  • Finally, give us any special instructions that you may wish to have us consider. This could include turn-around time, personal preferences, etc.

2) Internal Task Assignment
Upon receiving your order, we will assign one of our certified professional resume writers to work on your job. The writer will update you on your resume writing progress till completion.

3) Initial Submission
We will send to you by email, a professionally written resume and cover letter within three working days. Once you have approved the details on the two documents, we will then proceed to update your LinkedIn profile.

4) Requests for Revision
You will have seven days from the date of the final submission to review the documents and request any revisions at no cost. Once this duration is over, requests for amendments will be subject to a revision fee.

5) Editing/Re-purposing a Resume
Should you wish to have your resume tailored to the requirements of a different job other than the one that you submitted when placing the order, this will count as a new order and will be billed as such.
